Delivery & Turnaround

Most custom songs are completed and delivered digitally within approximately two weeks after your order is confirmed.

​

Because each song is created individually through writing, production, and creative refinement, delivery times may occasionally vary depending on project complexity and current production volume.

If additional production time is required, we will communicate updates throughout the process so you always know what to expect.

Digital Delivery

Upon completion, your finished song will be delivered electronically through a secure digital download sent directly to your email.

Your order includes:

• One personalized original song inspired by your story
• High-quality WAV audio file or High-quality MP3 audio file
• Private digital delivery by email

Revision Policy

We want every song to feel like a meaningful reflection of your story.

Because songwriting is a creative and interpretive process, each order includes one complimentary round of minor revisions intended to refine the final song while preserving its overall artistic direction.

Revision requests must be submitted within seven (7) days of delivery through our website contact form.

Examples of minor revisions may include:

• Correcting factual details provided in the original submission
• Small lyric refinements or adjustments

Major revisions are not included and may require a new commission or additional production fee. Examples include:

• Entirely new concepts or themes
• Major lyric rewrites
• Genre changes
• Alternate melodies
• Significant restructuring of the composition

Please note that portions of a song may need to be regenerated during the revision process. As a result, revised versions may include changes to melody, vocal phrasing, timing, instrumentation, or musical arrangement.

Payments & Refunds

Because every custom song is created specifically from your story and requires dedicated creative development, all sales become non-refundable once production has begun.

​

Refunds are not available for projects that are currently in production or have been completed.

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you have concerns regarding your order, we encourage you to contact us directly so we can review the situation and work toward a thoughtful resolution whenever possible.

Each order includes one complimentary revision as outlined above.

Personal Use

Your custom song is created as a personal keepsake inspired by your story.

You are welcome to listen to, download, share, and enjoy your song with family and friends for personal, non-commercial use.

Commercial distribution, resale, advertising, promotional use, or other business-related use requires prior written permission from Top Down Productions.

Portfolio & Your Privacy

The music featured on our website, social media channels, and promotional materials represents the public creative portfolio of Top Down Productions.

Client-commissioned songs are treated as private creations.

We do not publicly share, upload, distribute, or release custom client songs unless we receive explicit permission from the client.
